Bryce Canyon National Park

Bryce Canyon is a beautiful US national park that is known for having the largest concentration of hoodoos on earth.

Bryce sits at the highest elevation of the Utah national parks, so you may experience snow in the fall, spring and winter. Snow is a beautiful contrast against the hoodoos, but can create icy trails.

The park is relatively small, but it’s often a favorite due to its striking landscape. It’s a must-stop park on a Utah road trip!

The Best Things To Do in Bryce Canyon

Watch a Sunrise or Sunset from the Bryce Canyon Amphitheater: It’s incredible to watch the sky change colors and reflect off of the hoodoos. There are several great overlooks, including Inspiration Point and Sunset Point.

Hike into the Bryce Amphitheater: The Navajo Loop and Queen’s Garden Trail is a stunning trail that offers a short taste of hiking among the hoodoos. The Peekaboo Loop is a longer hike, and it’s my favorite one in the park.

Take the scenic drive: Drive to the end of the road and enjoy viewpoints along the way.

Hike the Fairyland Loop: If you’re up for a longer hike, the Fairyland Loop offers a good opportunity to see younger hoodoos.
